My story 

When I was just 50 years young I was diagnosed with Osteopenia in my right hip.

For a period of time I was in complete disbelief, I had gained this knowledge but was given no guidance as to how to ‘treat’ my diagnosis without pharmaceutical medication.

It wasn’t until I started my nutrition coaching business and through my training, discovered effective and easy to follow natural ways to treat, prevent and miraculously REVERSE my diagnosis.
